We will move to the "Pearl of the Ibleans” that is Giarratana; its onion is the pride of the culinary tradition of the country and of the entire Iblean territory.
To accompany the onion Giarratana there will be olives from Chiaramonte Gulfi which boasts a DOP EVO oil coming from olive groves with the highest quality standards.
Without forgetting the black pig typical of the area with which excellent salami and other typical products are produced.
